Artificial intelligence (AI) has began reshaping how the world works. But even as AI drives innovation across industries, this new technology requires massive amounts of energy to power its growth. As users demand more from AI, centers will need far more electricity to power the vast arrays of Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) that provide the compute driving AI models.

But existing solutions may not be enough to handle the energy demand required for AI.

Existing infrastructure, which relies on 54‑volt (V) architecture, was simply not built for AI‑scale power. At high power levels, low‑voltage systems necessitate correspondingly high current levels that require large copper wires, leading to energy losses and excess heat. As a result, the heat levels produced in 54V systems require thermal cooling and rack space for additional equipment, which reduces space for revenue‑generating GPUs.

The Opportunity

To meet the moment, the industry has looked to construct 800V data centers, which have the potential for less wasted energy, less heat generated, and more room for revenue‑generating compute equipment than 54V systems. Beyond the physical advantages of 800V data centers, this transition potentially offers a multi‑year investment opportunity as major industry players help fund critical AI infrastructure.

The 800VDC AI Datacenter Ecosystem ETF (HUMM) was created to seek to capitalize on this opportunity. HUMM aims to invest in a range of companies driving the next generation of data centers, including, but not limited to, power semiconductors, power equipment, conversion systems, connectors, cooling, and related infrastructure.

About the Fund

HUMM is an actively managed ETF that leverages Harbor Capital’s proprietary thematic research framework, which aims to create distinct and durable investment solutions that transcend traditional sectors and styles. The ETF aims to hold approximately 20‑50 holdings.

Important Information

Investing involves risk, principal loss is possible. Unlike mutual funds, ETFs may trade at a premium or discount to their net asset value. The ETF is new and has limited operating history to judge.

Shares are bought and sold at market price not net asset value (NAV). Market price returns are based upon the closing composite market price and do not represent the returns you would receive if you traded shares at other times.

There is no guarantee that the Fund will achieve its investment objective. Equity securities are subject to market volatility that may cause the Fund’s value to decline. Investments in foreign securities are subject to political, regulatory, economic, and currency risks. The Fund’s investment thesis depends on the adoption of 800VDC power architectures and continued investment in AI datacenter infrastructure, which may not occur as expected. A proprietary thematic model used in the Fund’s investment process may be adversely affected by incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unreliable data; errors in data collection, processing, or interpretation; flawed judgments; or unreliable Artificial Intelligence (“AI”)‑generated outputs. These limitations could result in unintended exposures, investments in companies with weak fundamentals, incorrect assessments of thematic linkage, a failure to adapt to changing ecosystem or market conditions, and losses. AI‑related companies face risks from rapid technological change, competition, regulation, and changing demand that could adversely affect the Fund’s investments. Depositary receipts are subject to the risks of investing in foreign securities and may involve additional costs and reduced shareholder protections. Because the Fund is non‑diversified, it may be more susceptible to the risks of a single issuer or event than a diversified fund.

The views expressed herein may not be reflective of current opinions, are subject to change without prior notice, and should not be considered investment advice.

Bid/Ask Mid Price: the midpoint between the highest bid and the lowest offer, as of the time that the Fund’s NAV is calculated, typically 4 p.m. Eastern Time.

Premium/Discount ($): the difference between the Fund’s market price and NAV, expressed as a percentage of NAV. A premium is the amount that the Fund is trading above the reported NAV. A discount is the amount that the Fund is trading below the reported NAV.

30‑Day Median Bid/Ask Spread: calculated by identifying national best bid and national best offer ("NBBO") for each fund as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days and dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the NBBO. The median of those values is identified and that value is expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest hundredth).

Weighted Average Market Capitalization: The average size of the companies in a portfolio or index as measured by the market value of outstanding shares.

Price/Book: The price‑to‑book (P/B) ratio evaluates a firm's market value relative to its book value.

Adjusted Trailing P/E Ratio: The Adjusted Trailing P/E (Price/Earnings) Ratio is the closing stock price divided by the sum of the last 12 months actual EPS.

% EPS Growth – Past 3 year: Earnings per share refers to the bottom‑line measure of a company’s profitability defined as net income divided by the number of outstanding shares.

Return on Equity: Return on equity (ROE) is a measure of financial performance calculated by dividing net income by shareholders' equity.

Forecasted P/E Ratio: a measure of the P/E (price‑to‑earnings) ratio using forecasted earnings for the P/E calculation.
