Starting at Harbor in December 2019, Jim was hired to lead the Investment Product Team

Prior to joining Harbor, Jim was at T. Rowe Price & Associates for over 12 years, most recently as Head of Product Strategy and Channel Management, North America and prior to that role Head of Investment Product Group, U.S. Investment Services. Before T. Rowe Price, Jim also held roles at RydexGlobal Advisors as Director of Investments and the Investment Company Institute as a Research Analyst. Jim received a B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College, an M.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University, and an M.B.A. from Robert H. School of Business Administration, University of Maryland.
