Howard Gleicher is CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Aristotle Capital. Mr. Gleicher began his career in the investment industry in 1985. Prior to founding Aristotle Capital, Mr. Gleicher was co‑founder, CEO and CIO at Metropolitan West Capital Management LLC. Mr. Gleicher’s prior investment‑related experience includes serving as a principal, portfolio manager, and Investment Policy Committee member at Palley‑Needelman Asset Management Inc., and as an equity portfolio manager at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO).

Mr. Gleicher earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
