Edward Qian, Ph.D.

Dr. Qian joined PanAgora in 1998 and is the Head of Multi Asset Research and Chief Investment Officer of Multi Asset Investments. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment, Operating, Risk and Directors Committees. Prior to joining PanAgora, he was a Portfolio Manager and part of the Asset Allocation team at 2100 Capital, an alternative investments firm. His prior experience includes a role as Senior Asset Allocation Analyst on Putnam Investments’ Global Asset Allocation team. Before joining Putnam, he was a fixed‑income Quantitative Analyst at Back Bay Advisors. He began his investment career in 1996.
