Harbor Funds’ Board of Trustees determined to liquidate and dissolve the Harbor High-Yield Opportunities Fund. The decision to liquidate the Fund took place because it was not meeting growth expectations in order to become economically viable within a reasonable period of time. The liquidation of the Fund will take place on or about August 31, 2020. The liquidation proceeds will be distributed to any remaining shareholders of the Fund on the Liquidation Date.
