Walt Breuninger

Walt is the Chief Compliance Officer of Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., leading the compliance teams that support Harbor’s suite of mutual funds, ETFs, and CITs, as well as Harbor’s distribution, marketing, and regulatory functions. Prior to joining Harbor in 2023, Walt served as Head of U.S. Discretionary Advice Compliance at Vanguard and held several compliance and supervisory roles at Wells Fargo Advisors. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science & Information Systems from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
