Jamie Lee

Jamie Lee joined Harbor in 2014 and in 2021 was appointed as Chief Talent Officer. She is responsible for overseeing the Human Capital Management department in the areas of talent acquisition and management, training, leadership development, risk management, change management, organizational design, DE&I, benefits, and compensation. Prior to joining Harbor, Jamie was a global business development analyst at Standard Life Investments. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College.
