Glenn McBride

Glenn McBride is Chief Marketing Officer of Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., responsible for leading the firm’s integrated Marketing and Operations organizations. In this role, Glenn leads Harbor’s marketing, technology, and data capabilities, aligning strategy, infrastructure, and insights to support and accelerate Distribution. His teams partner closely with Sales, Investments, and many other functions within Harbor and externally to translate Harbor’s capabilities into clear, compelling, and differentiated offers for clients.

Prior to this role, Glenn held senior leadership roles across distribution, strategy and operations groups, where he focused on building teams, modernizing processes, and strengthening alignment between strategy and execution. His work has consistently centered on driving growth through clarity, focus, and disciplined execution.

Glenn earned his BSBA from Bowling Green State University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

He lives on the south side of Chicago and is moving to Boston in the summer of 2026 with his wife and their four children.
