Mr. Thakor joined Sands Capital in 2004 as a Research Intern and was subsequently promoted to Research Analyst and Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Sands Capital, Mr. Thakor worked as an analyst for Charles River Associates, Inc. He has a BA in economics and mathematics from Colby College, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a CFA® charterholder.
